These terms apply to your use of ravenwear.shop (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from Ravenwear (“we”, “us”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Discounts and bundle offers apply only as described on the Store at the time of purchase.

3. Product information

We do our best to show products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and the sheer lace is see-through by design.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

5. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use its content without permission. All Store content, including images and text, belongs to Ravenwear or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability
